The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.

That the work performed by Magnum Builders of Sarasota, Inc. for the Brentwood Elementary School - Chiller Plant Renovation project be accepted as substantially complete as of 9/18/2007.
